Prodigy Talent Training founder and CEO, Jonathan McFadden, is an actor, producer, and educator who has been working professionally in film, television, and theater since childhood. Prior to opening PTT, Jonathan lived and worked in New York and Los Angeles where his credits have included various roles in many entertainment genres. He is the winner of a Telly Award for his on-camera hosting work, and has been on the creative team for several theme park entertainment projects for Disney and Universal. As a working actor now living in Central Florida, Jonathan believes in giving back to the community by volunteering a portion of his time to assist local schools’ drama departments. He and Prodigy Talent Training, along with its network of industry experts, coaches, agents, managers, casting directors, actors, models, photographers and producers share a common goal — to help promising and dedicated talent find success and fulfillment in this fast-paced business. In his (precious few) moments of spare time, Jonathan enjoys fine cigars, theme parks, and collecting accouterments of traditional barbershop culture.
I not only work for Jonathan and Prodigy Talent Training, but I am also a student here. Because I have two roles at Prodigy, I get to know every student and parent on a different level as I am able to answer many administrative and procedural questions that students may have. I am an aspiring actress who loves taking classes here at Prodigy Talent Training, and I take great pride in using my administrative skills to help things run smoothly while working to further my acting career. I had the opportunity to participate in PRODIGY: On Location – Hollywood 2015 and Atlanta 2016! My fellow students and I enjoyed working with industry pros who were vastly different and kept us on our toes at all times. I can’t wait to do it all over again! When I’m not working as an actress or assisting Jonathan with Prodigy business, I attend school, full time, finishing my BA in business and marketing. I love working for Prodigy Talent Training and all the opportunities it has brought me along the way, as well as all it will bring Prodigy Talent Training and it’s students, it’s growing quickly which is extremely exciting to be a part of. I’m looking forward to an amazing future with Prodigy Talent Training and all the success that will come to the company as well as the students.
I have been a part of Prodigy Talent Training since August of 2015. I had the opportunity to travel with my son who is also a part of Prodigy to LA, and joined shortly after returning. Not only am I a part of Team Prodigy, I am also a student. I really enjoy being in front of the camera as well as behind the scenes. As a young adult in Orlando, I worked at the theme parks which gave me multiple opportunities. I was a Jungle Cruise Skipper at Walt Disney World spieling and putting on a show for my entire boat of guests. At Universal Studios I worked behind the camera on several projects with Nickelodeon. Shortly after starting with Prodigy I started helping with production days as an assistant, taking photos, assisting in anything needed. I slowly worked my way into my current role as Operational Assistant/Content Manager. I assist with Production Days, Social Media, and content that is shared on the website. Prodigy is a growing company, and I am so excited to be a part of the future of Prodigy Talent Training and this team of talented individuals

Originally from Alabama, he spent a majority of his childhood in Florida, and a majority of his adulthood in New York City…his southern charm, mixed with sarcastic quick wit leaves audiences laughing and realizing Duncan’s own brand of comedy…Southern Hostility!!! He possesses “southern” charm with a hint of sarcasm, the wit of a street-wise New Yorker, with the likeability of your favorite crazy uncle.
